Research progress of key technology of intelligent drilling field in coal mine

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the current situation of technology research and development in coal mine drilling field, an overall framework including automatic drilling rigs and supporting equipment, centralized control station in underground drilling field, mobile inspection terminals, ground control station, and local area networks in drilling field is proposed. The intelligent drilling field network architecture combining wireless network and mining ring network has been constructed. The rapid networking technology of the drilling field local area network using wireless MESH is utilized to solve the networking problem caused by the frequent movement of drilling field equipment. The intelligent drilling field control system with a tree topology structure has been constructed. Standardized rules for multi-machine data that meet the transmission requirements of collaborative and non-collaborative data have been formulated. The mechanism of multi-machine collaborative operation and regulation based on the logical judgment of equipment operation and the method of status data transfer has been established to achieve the collaborative and efficient operation of the entire drilling field. Data visualization schemes for complex equipment, simple equipment and the operation process of the drilling field have been proposed respectively to achieve remote data visualization interactive control of the drilling field. The intelligent centralized - distributed hybrid sensor monitoring system for drilling field has been constructed, and the typical equipment fault database and forward - reverse hybrid fault reasoning mechanism have been established to achieve real-time intelligent diagnosis and location of faults. The research and development direction of intelligent drilling field technology are pointed out: to comprehensively enhance the intelligent perception ability of the drilling field status by developing the mechanical sensors and sensor network systems while - drilling, constructing the comprehensive intelligent monitoring system for the drilling field environment, and improving the accuracy of status identification and data utilization rate; to improve the collaborative operation efficiency of equipment by developing the device data interaction and process anomaly identification model based on state semantics, formulating the cross-device process state logical identification rules, and proposing the fault-tolerant operation process regulation mechanism for complex time-varying working conditions; to break through the predicament of “information islands” in the drilling field by building the multi-level network system for the drilling field based on 5G and the Internet of Things, constructing the intelligent analysis algorithm for long-term multi-dimensional data, and developing the optimization decision-making system for drilling design; to solve the maintenance and repair problems of intelligent equipment by building the intelligent remote operation and maintenance system, establishing the twin scene and remote control platform for the entire drilling field, and developing the VR training system for the assembly environment.
