浅埋近距离煤层煤柱下开采异常矿压机理

Mechanism of abnormal strata pressure of mining under coal pillar in close distance shallow coal seams

  • 摘要: 针对补连塔煤矿22307工作面过边界煤柱阶段发生的强动压灾害问题,采用现场实测、理论分析等手段,研究了浅埋近距离煤层大采高工作面边界煤柱下开采异常矿压显现发生机理。结果表明:浅埋近距离厚煤层开采时,下煤层工作面推进至进煤柱阶段发生强动压灾害,支架活柱下缩量达到1 000 mm;下煤层工作面推进过程中,两层煤之间的关键层结构也不断的变化,重复采动阶段,两层煤之间存在一组亚关键层结构,进煤柱阶段,两层煤之间存在一组主关键层结构;进煤柱阶段,煤柱上方关键块的铰接结构发生反向回转运动,导致主关键层关键块上覆载荷增加,发生滑落失稳,引发强动压灾害,同时造成地表出现大的台阶下沉现象。

     

    Abstract: In terms of the strong dynamic pressure hazard occurred in mining out boundary pillar of 22307 working face in Bulianta Coal Mine, with the theoretical analysis, field testing and other methods applied, the authors studied the mechanism of abnormal strata pressure when the ultra-high face mining under boundary pillar in close distance shallow coal seams.Research results show the strong dynamic pressure hazard occurs when the working face of lower coal seam reaches the entering coal pillar stage, and the descending amount of piston reached 1 000 mm.During working face advancing, the key stratum structure between the two coal seams changes constantly.In the stage of repeat mining, there is an inferior key strata structure between the two coal seams, there is a main key strata structure between the two coal seams at the entering coal pillar stage.At the entering coal pillar stage, the reverse rotary motion will occur for the hinged structure of key block above the coal pillar.
