城市污泥与焦混合物的成浆性能及其浆体流变特性

摘要: 采用成浆实验法探讨了添加剂种类、城市污泥掺入量对城市污泥与焦混合物成浆性能及其浆体流变特性的影响。结果表明:在相同的制浆条件下,与NF相比,DCSA不仅能够提高城市污泥与焦混合物的成浆性能,还能改善污泥焦浆的流变特性和稳定性能;城市污泥掺入量对城市污泥与焦混合物的成浆性能有显著影响,城市污泥掺入量(x)与污泥焦浆的定黏浓度(φ)呈良好的线性相关关系随x的增加,城市污泥与焦混合物的成浆性能变差;污泥焦浆呈现假塑性流体特性,城市污泥的掺入可以有效增强污泥焦浆的剪切变稀特性,且随着城市污泥掺入量的增加,其剪切变稀的效果越明显。Abstract: The effect of additives and the weight fraction of sludge on the slurry-ability of sludge-char water slurry (SCWS) was investigated using slurry preparation experiments.The results indicate that the DCSA additive enhances the slurry-ability of blended sludge/char feedstock and improves the rheological property as well as the stability performance of the SCWS compared with NF under the same experimental conditions.The weight fraction of sludge has significant impact on the slurry-ability of blended sludge/char feedstock.The correlation between the weight fraction of sludge (x) and slurry concentration (φ) can be quantitatively.The increase in the weight fraction of sludge undermines the slurry-ability of the sludge/char feedstock.The SCWS exhibits a pseudo-plastic behavior.The shear thinning property of SCWS become more pronounced with the increasing weight fraction of sludge.
