瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量检测及定量评价方法

Quality inspection and quantitative evaluation method for borehole sealing in gas drainage

  • 摘要: 封孔质量是决定钻孔抽采效果的关键因素之一,长期以来封孔质量都是通过抽采浓度、抽采纯量等参数间接地反映,缺乏封孔质量的定量检测手段和定量评价方法。为了对瓦斯抽采钻孔内的漏风点进行精准定位,对钻孔各漏风点的漏风量进行定量计算,建立瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量的分级与评价方法,在分析钻孔封孔质量影响因素的基础上,研究了封孔漏风条件下,钻孔内部瓦斯体积分数、抽采负压等抽采参数的变化规律。研究发现,在漏风点上下游处的瓦斯体积分数及负压等抽采参数将会发生突变,而在不漏风的区段瓦斯体积分数则保持基本稳定,据此建立了钻孔漏风量和漏风率的计算方法。本文采用负压引射采样原理,将一根探测杆伸入钻孔不同深度,可以测定抽采钻孔内不同深度处的瓦斯体积分数、负压等参数,准确判断漏风点的位置。由于钻孔内瓦斯均来源于钻孔深部,在封孔段瓦斯总量保持不变,根据抽采参数的变化可以定量计算各漏风点的漏风量和漏风率。以王家岭矿为试验现场,针对2种不同的封孔方法进行了抽采钻孔封孔质量的现场检测和定量评价,结果表明采用“两堵一注”带压封孔方法的抽采钻孔漏风钻孔数仅占总钻孔数的5.0%、平均漏风率为3.28%、单孔最大漏风率为3.28%,而采用聚氨酯-水泥砂浆常压封孔方法的抽采钻孔漏风钻孔数占总钻孔数的60%、平均漏风率为46.03%、单孔漏风率最大为83.84%。最后,根据钻孔漏风对抽采效果的影响,提出了封孔质量等级划分指标和相应的处理措施。现场应用证明,建立的封孔质量检测方法操作简单、稳定可靠,采用漏风率等指标对抽采钻孔封孔质量进行定量评价是可行的和有效的。

     

    Abstract: Sealing quality is one of the key factors to determine the effect of borehole extraction in gas drainage.For a long time, sealing quality is indirectly described by parameters such as extraction concentration and extraction purity.There is no quantitative detection method and quantitative evaluation method for sealing quality.In order to accurately locate the air leakage points in gas drainage boreholes, the air leakage quantity of each air leakage points in boreholes is calculated quantitatively, and the classification and evaluation method of the sealing quality of gas drainage boreholes is established.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the sealing quality of boreholes, the variation law of gas concentration and negative pressure of gas drainage in boreholes under the condition of air leakage is studied.It is found that the gas concentration and negative pressure at the upstream and downstream of the air leakage point will change abruptly, while the gas concentration in the non-air leakage area will remain basically stable.Based on this, the calculation methods of air leakage quantity and air leakage rate in boreholes are established.The sampling principle of negative pressure ejection is adopted here, the parameters of gas concentration and negative pressure in the different depths of boreholes can be determined by extending a probe rod into the different depths of boreholes, so as to accurately determine the location of air leakage points.Because the gas in the borehole comes from the deep part of the borehole, the total amount of gas in the sealing section remains unchanged.Ac-cording to the change of extraction parameters, the air leakage quantity and the air leakage rate of each air leakage point can be calculated quantitatively.Taking Wangjialing Coal Mine as a test site, two different sealing methods are used to detect and quantitatively evaluate the sealing quality of extraction boreholes.The results show that the number of air leakage boreholes in extraction boreholes with the pressure sealing method of "two blockages and one injection" only accounts for 5.0% of the total number of boreholes, the average air leakage rate is 3.28%, and the maximum air leakage rate of a single borehole is 3.28%.When the polyurethane-cement mortar sealing method at atmospheric pressure is adopted, the number of air leakage boreholes in the extraction boreholes accounted for 60% of the total boreholes, the average air leakage rate was 46.03%, and the maximum air leakage rate was 83.84%.Finally, according to the influence of air leakage in boreholes on extraction effect, the classification index of sealing quality grade and corresponding treatment measures are put forward.Field application proves that the method of sealing quality detection is simple, stable and reliable.It is feasible and effective to quantitatively evaluate the sealing quality of extraction boreholes by using air leakage rate and other indicators.
